Highly active cytokines validated in organoid culture

One of the major advances in stem cell research over the past decade has been the development of organoid systems. Such in vitro culture systems consist of a population of self-renewing stem cells that can differentiate into multiple organ-specific cell types, have a spatial organization similar to the corresponding organ, and are able to recapitulate some of the functions of the corresponding organ, thus providing a highly physiologically relevant system. Tissue samples containing adult stem cells, single adult stem cells, or directed induced differentiation from pluripotent stem cells are capable of generating organoids. Because some organoid model systems are characterized by the presence of an active stem cell population, organoids can be greatly expanded. For example, a single progenitor cell can generate up to 1 x 10^6 liver organoids in 5 to 6 weeks, providing researchers with a highly reliable and scalable platform for studying a wide range of organs.

We have developed and produced low endotoxin Activin A, BMP-4, EGF, FGF-4, FGF-10, FGFb, FGF8b, HGF, IGF1, Noggin, R-Spondin 1, Shh, and Wnt3a cytokines, which are low in endotoxin, high in activity, high in purity, and high in batch-to-batch consistency, and are designed for organoid cultures that are recognized in the market and whose quality can be 100% guaranteed.
